HR Operations Manager - Creative Not for profit. This newly created role reports into the Head of HR and will manage a small shared services function of 3, overseeing the HR Operations function, and ensuring delivery of HR life-cycle processes. You\'ll collaborate with business leaders to optimise and streamline people processes and work on strategic projects related to the employment lifecycle. You\'ll be expected to implement new processes and improve existing ones. The right person will thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment, be an amazing problem solver, and a HRIS, systems, and data guru!

This is a true HR Operations role. Ideally, candidates will have process improvement, payroll, line management, and systems experience, as well as onboarding and offboarding. They operate a hybrid working model (2 days in the office) in beautiful West London offices.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience in process improvement, payroll, line management, and HRIS/systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding.
