Exciting opportunity for an experienced People Operations Manager to join this iconic non-profit creative brand at a pivotal time for their business.
This newly created role, reporting into the Head of HR, will manage a small shared services function of 3, oversee the HR Operations function, and ensure delivery of HR life-cycle processes. You'll collaborate with business leaders to optimise and streamline people processes and work on exciting strategic projects related to the employment lifecycle.
You'll be expected to implement new processes and improve existing ones. The right person will thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment, be an amazing problem solver, and a HRIS, systems, and data guru!
This is a true HR Operations role. Ideally, candidates will have process improvement, payroll, line management, and systems experience, as well as onboarding and offboarding.
They operate a hybrid working model (2 days in the office) in beautiful West London offices.
