Overview

Are you an experienced HR Systems professional with strong technical expertise in iTrent? We're looking for a HR Systems Manager to take ownership of our HR and Payroll platforms, ensuring they are optimised, reliable, and delivering the insights we need to improve operations across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary lead for the deployment, maintenance, and optimisation of HR systems, with a key focus on iTrent
  • Use system data to produce valuable insights for HR, payroll, and leadership teams
  • Translate business needs into effective technical configurations and system solutions
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure technology fully supports HR and organisational objectives

Qualifications

  • Advanced technical knowledge of HR and payroll systems—particularly iTrent
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and related HR functions
  • Demonstrated experience in project delivery and/or change management
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills to turn business requirements into practical, user-focused solutions
