HR Team Leader – Hybrid, Birmingham
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a HR Team Leader, with a strong operational background, to join a large and highly respected UK law firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the HR Administration team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
- Oversee onboarding, pre-employment checks, and employee lifecycle processes
- Act as escalation point for HR queries and third-party screening providers
- Work closely with payroll, recruitment, and HR business partners to streamline processes
- Drive continuous improvement in HR systems, workflow, and service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven HR operational or team leadership experience within professional services
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 desirable)
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems and compliance processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
