- Auditing, investigating, advising, and improving.

- Supporting sustainability and business continuity projects that actually matter.
- Be the right hand to the Group HSE & Business Continuity Manager, helping shape how health, safety, and environment are delivered across all AQA sites.
- We are expanding our portfolio, so construction experience could be helpful to support HSE services.
- You'll work with a respected Workplace team and interact with operational leaders, senior managers, and hybrid workers across the UK.
Qualifications
- NEBOSH Diploma or General Certificate.
- Experience as an HSE Advisor already; we need you to be able to hit the ground running.
- You know your way around data, audits, and risk assessments.
- You're organized, proactive, and allergic to mediocrity.
- You are able to speak with colleagues at every level.
- You want to be part of a team that's not just respected, but genuinely liked.
This is your chance to be more than a cog in the compliance machine. You'll be part of a team that's building something better—for colleagues, for the business, and for the planet.
