Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Wimbledon (Hybrid – 3/2 split, Tuesday is a core office day)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday

About the Role

Are you a Senior HR Advisor ready to take the next step into a Business Partnering role?

Do you have notable experience in Employee Relations, TUPE, and stakeholder management?

We’re working with a top tier business known for its strong values, great culture, and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident HR professional looking to develop and grow in a highly visible, strategic role.

As HR Business Partner, you’ll provide expert guidance and support across the business, managing complex ER cases, driving people initiatives, and supporting key business changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of complex Employee Relations cases (20+ simultaneously)
• Lead on TUPE processes, ensuring smooth transitions
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
• Contribute to organisational change and HR projects
• Support and advise line managers on HR best practices
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislation

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience handling 20+ ER cases at one time – please include examples when applying
• Strong TUPE experience – ideally leading, not just supporting transitions
• Background in the private sector (essential)
• Proven ability to work at pace, stay organised, and manage competing priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
• CIPD Level 5 or above
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Wimbledon
