Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Manager | Up to £65,000 + 21% Bonus + 14% Pension | Hybrid | Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton

You’ll join a high-impact team that sits at the heart of customer delivery and long-term support planning—covering everything from predictive logistics models to supply chain strategy. With multiple openings available, this is a fantastic career move whether you're looking to step up into a leadership role or deepen your experience in ILS at an enterprise scale.

The Role:

• Lead and deliver Integrated Logistic Support strategy for complex defence systems.

• Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, and programme functions to ensure readiness from factory to frontline.

• Apply predictive logistics tools to optimise lifecycle performance.

• Manage and influence internal and customer stakeholders on sustainment priorities.

• Provide technical and commercial input to bids, proposals and delivery plans.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), ideally within defence, aerospace, or complex engineering programmes.

• A solid engineering background, preferably supported by a relevant degree.

• Strong grasp of support models for weapon systems or high-dependency platforms.

• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

• Confident communicator able to manage multiple workstreams.

Salary & Benefits:

• Bonus: Up to 21% of base salary

• Pension: Up to 14% combined employer/employee contribution

• Hybrid working: 1–2 days a week on-site in Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton
