Wine Owners is a rapidly growing SaaS provider that offers innovative software solutions to the wine industry.After just 5 years there's a real market buzz about what we're doing, combining industry specific SaaS, multi-channel and omni-channel management, key application solutions that the wine and spirits market need along with key industry integrations.The challenges of satisfying the demands of 95 businesses, plus a steady stream of onboarding clients, require a team player who can quickly get to grips with the needs of our clients and the scope of the SaaS product to provide the most suitable guidance, manage expectations and advocate on behalf of the industry.We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience when using our products.Job OverviewThe Client Implementation Specialist role is critical for delivering a seamless well managed onboarding experience for new clients including wine retailers, merchants, distributors, traders - from their existing systems to our state of the art Wine Owners SaaS platform known as Wine Hub.ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including initial consultations to understand their requirements and goals.Project Management: Manage each of your allocated projects, including timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure timely and successful deployments.Configuration and Customisation: Configure and customise the inventory management software to align with the client’s specific workflows and processes.Documentation: Participate in the development and maintenance of comprehensive implementation documentation, including project plans, user guides, and training materials.Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and work with managers and peers to drive continuous improvement in our implementation processes and product features.Collaboration: Work closely with the data, development, client teams and third parties to ensure project functions are delivered within contractual duration, effort and deadlines.Requirements2+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably within SaaSProficiency in software configuration and data migrationStrong ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersStrong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, whilst being able to deliver multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of the wine industry, including familiarity with inventory management practices and challenges, is highly desirable.Proactive problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues during the implementation process.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A collaborative and innovative team environment where your ideas matter.Flexible working hours and hybrid work options.A warehouse-style office in Farringdon, London.Regular socials in a fantastic team, often with several bottles of vintage wine!Monthly wine tastings and competitions.22 days of annual leave excluding bank holidays.Employee private medical insurance included.We value diversity and encourage all interested candidates to apply, even if you don't believe you meet every single requirement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
