Overview

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead internal development and migration projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver system upgrades, platform transitions, and application improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile experience and be confident acting as a Scrum Master, guiding teams with clarity, fostering collaboration, and ensuring delivery stays aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including system upgrades, data migrations, and application development
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as Scrum Master, supporting team cohesion, velocity, and continuous delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria
  • Maintain project plans, risk logs, and progress reports
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Identify and resolve issues, escalating when needed
  • Ensure projects meet governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Promote continuous improvement across delivery practices and team performance

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in an IT-related subject, or with equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Project management certification (e.g. APM, Agile PM)
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) preferred
  • 3-5 years of IT project management experience, ideally involving application development and data migration
  • Proven ability to lead Agile teams, drive delivery, and embed Agile principles across project environments
  • Strong technical awareness, able to engage confidently with developers, challenge estimates, and understand delivery constraints
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho Projects/Sprints, Jira, or MS Project
  • Solid understanding of software development practices, IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS)
  • Awareness of modern development frameworks and AI-assisted tooling (e.g. Claude Code or similar)
  • Experience with AI integration projects or emerging technologies (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
