Description

The Employment Solicitor will be responsible for:

  • Developing and updating employment policies, procedures, and contracts.
  • Managing disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Handling employment tribunal claims, including conducting advocacy.
  • Providing training to internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of employment law.
  • Monitoring and advising on changes in employment legislation.

Profile

The Employment Solicitor should be:

  • A qualified solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years PQE.
  • Experienced in handling respondent employment matters, ideally from retail clients.
  • Proficient in managing tribunal claims and ideally conducting advocacy but not essential.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing employment policies and procedures.
  • Adept at delivering training and upskilling initiatives.

Job Offer
