You will work alongside highly regarded solicitors and lawyers, with backgrounds in Legal 500 private practices, who are now benefiting from the atmosphere and support of working in-house.

About you

• Managed a caseload of new build/plots sales matters
• 5+ PQE as a solicitor
• Private practice or in-house

The role

• Managing plot sales from instruction to completion
• Liaising with the in-house sales and management teams;
• Speaking with clients directly
• Working with the wider legal team to identify issues with plots
• Provide training and advice to the wider company\'s teams
