Job Description

Who we are looking for

A Software Product Development Manager who will shape the vision of our product, set and deliver new and enhanced software for our Members sites, and drive our plans to be industry leaders.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and enhancement of the Members platform, ensuring it meets user needs and aligns with strategic objectives. You will collaborate with operational teams, explore new ideas, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

This is an exciting time for our product team, and we seek a dynamic, results-driven individual passionate about customer experience.

This role is eligible for our hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Experience in product management, including launching products and continuous improvement.
• Experience delivering mobile applications and related services.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycles and customer research.
• Ability to translate business goals into product plans.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Knowledge of customer account management and the gambling industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor, and customer trend research to inform product decisions.
• Develop and refine product strategy and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Create product requirements and support development teams.
• Prioritize workloads, review progress, and define success metrics.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and drive improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align on product initiatives.
• Challenge assumptions and foster innovation.
