Inside Sales Representative
- Fully Remote - client based in Hackney, London
- Up to GBP25,500 (+ Commission + Bonus)
- Plus 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, etc.
- Full on the job training provided
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in inside sales, telesales or a similar role is preferable.
- A basic understanding of marketing and business planning is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (eg Bitrix24, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms.
- Full on the job training provided prior to starting (there will be a 4 week training course).
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.
- Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports.
- Ability to manage own pipeline and follow up on leads.
