Inside Sales Representative

  • Fully Remote - client based in Hackney, London
  • Up to GBP25,500 (+ Commission + Bonus)
  • Plus 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, etc.
  • Full on the job training provided

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in inside sales, telesales or a similar role is preferable.
  • A basic understanding of marketing and business planning is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (eg Bitrix24, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms.
  • Full on the job training provided prior to starting (there will be a 4 week training course).
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports.
  • Ability to manage own pipeline and follow up on leads.
