Are you a data-driven leader with a passion for turning insights into action? We’re looking for a Space Insights Manager to join our Space, Range & Display (SRD) team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we optimise store space for performance and profit.

What you\'ll do

• Deliver to the SRD critical path, whilst leading your team and influencing others to ensure your team meet their deadlines
• Work with our macro space model to produce optimised space recommendations for each planning season and maintain micro space rules
• Present macro and micro space recommendations to Head of Trade, Trading Managers and Buyers to gather their feedback in optimising space across the business
• Be the main point of contact for all macro & micro space reporting
• Become an advocate for creating a data driven business by illustrating the power of analytics and reporting

Who you are

• Best in class leadership, partner management and engagement skills
• Excellent analytical, interpretation and problem-solving skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Food sector Space Range & Display
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and Business Objects
