Position Summary

Insolvency Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate. Location: Near Bournemouth, Dorset. Job Type: Full-time – Hybrid Working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including corporate insolvency and restructuring.
  • Collaborate with clients on complex insolvency issues, delivering practical and tailored advice.

Qualifications / About You

  • Qualification as a Solicitor (NQ or experienced), with some knowledge or exposure to Insolvency Law.
  • Background in Commercial Litigation, Commercial or Banking Law (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong interest in specialising in insolvency and the ability to work on complex cases.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
