Leigh Day is seeking an experienced Integration / Solutions Architect to join our IT team and play a pivotal role in a major digital transformation programme. You\'ll design and deliver seamless integrations between our core platforms, including Elite 3E, ShareDo, HubSpot, and SharePoint, ensuring our business-critical processes are efficient, scalable, and future-proof. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of the professional services environment, ideally with experience in the legal sector.

Required skills & experience

• Proven experience as an Integration Architect, Solutions Architect, or Senior Developer
• Strong technical expertise in API design (REST, SOAP), data mapping, middleware platforms, and ETL processes.
• Demonstrable experience integrating Elite 3E, ShareDo, HubSpot, and SharePoint (or similar enterprise systems).
• Solid understanding of data structures, workflows, and security best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft technology stack (Azure, Power Platform, SQL Server, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

• Previous experience working within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Knowledge of legal workflows, billing, matter management, and CRM processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern integration patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture).
