Are you ready to shape the future of how systems, data, and workflows connect across a leading claimant law firm? Leigh Day is seeking an experienced Integration / Solutions Architect to join our IT team and play a pivotal role in a major digital transformation programme. You\'ll design and deliver seamless integrations between our core platforms, including Elite 3E, ShareDo, HubSpot, and SharePoint, ensuring our business-critical processes are efficient, scalable, and future-proof. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of the professional services environment, ideally with experience in the legal sector.

Required skills & experience

  • Proven experience as an Integration Architect, Solutions Architect, or Senior Developer
  • Strong technical expertise in API design (REST, SOAP), data mapping, middleware platforms, and ETL processes.
  • Demonstrable experience integrating Elite 3E, ShareDo, HubSpot, and SharePoint (or similar enterprise systems).
  • Solid understanding of data structures, workflows, and security best practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft technology stack (Azure, Power Platform, SQL Server, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Previous experience working within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of legal workflows, billing, matter management, and CRM processes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern integration patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture).

We\'re not afraid to take on difficult and challenging cases involving medical negligence, serious personal injuries, discrimination in the workplace, defective products and human rights abuses in this country and overseas.
