About the role

As an Integration Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the formation of the new Carlsberg Britvic organisation. This is a fast-moving, collaborative, and highly visible finance role. You’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, confident in your analysis, and proactive in building relationships across the business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support value capture initiatives by identifying, calculating, and reporting business synergies across UK operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across markets, support functions, and group departments to ensure consistent financial alignment
  • Integrate synergy outcomes into local budgets and forecasts, ensuring adherence to cost-to-achieve targets
  • Lead financial aspects of Britvic HQ closure, including system transitions, team transfers, and clearing financial statements
  • Establish and embed intercompany processes into business-as-usual operations ahead of entity closure
  • Contribute to IMO projects by supporting legal entity and business reporting workstreams, and driving process improvements
  • Strengthen financial capability across the team through coaching, knowledge sharing, and role modelling company values
  • Provide flexible support to the Head of Integration and wider finance team as needed

Experience and Key Attributes

  • Strong analytical thinking—you’re confident working with numbers and can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight for non-finance colleagues.
  • A proactive, can-do mindset with the drive to make things happen and see things through.
  • The ability to build strong relationships, engage and influence across different teams and levels.
  • A natural problem-solver who’s comfortable with ambiguity and can find pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus—whether from a manufacturer or retailer background.
