Overview

Axon Moore are representing a leading and growing organisation in the East Yorkshire area who are looking for an Interim Financial Reporting Consultant to assist for a period of circa 6 months on the year-end and statutory accounts.

Responsibilities

• Managing the audit and tax processes
• Being the principal point of contact with the auditors
• Dealing with audit queries
• Investigating historical discrepancies
• Preparation of consolidated statutory accounts
• Assist with corporate simplification process
• Ad hoc tax queries

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Previous audit and year end experience
• Previous technical accounting experience including statutory accounts and consolidations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly with external parties
• This role will sit outside of IR35 and whilst you will need to be based in the office for at least 3 days a week they can offer some flexibility
