OverviewOur client, a London Borough, is looking for an Interim Planning Enforcement Manager for up to 6 months to review the service and provide a diagnostic on how to move forward, create efficiencies and possibly advise on a new target operating model.They need a Planning Enforcement lead with a service review and a significant day-to-day operational element to implement the changes identified, so there will be BAU running the day to day and also management of cultural change.ResponsibilitiesLead the Planning Enforcement service review and diagnose options to move forward, create efficiencies, and advise on a potential new target operating model.Manage both BAU day-to-day operations and the implementation of identified changes, including cultural change management.Work within a hybrid model with 2 days per week required on site in London.RequirementsMust have experience working in Local Government.Role will fall inside IR35.Hybrid working model with 2 on-site days per week; consideration for a 3-4 days-per-week basis if needed.DetailsLocation: London (on-site 2 days per week).Contract: Interim role, up to 6 months.ApplicationOur client is keen to move quickly, so if this role is of interest, please apply by close of play on Wednesday 10th September.We look forward to hearing from you.Please note that due to the number of applications we receive, only successful candidates will be contacted.
