Job Description

An Interim Senior HR Business Partner will:

• Lead on strategic Business Partnering
• Provide support with organisational change
• Support post-change activities, including culture, engagement, and leadership development
• Support strategic initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning, and developing people plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Develop performance management approaches and improve overall efficiencies
• Support the tender of a new HRIS

The Successful Applicant

Will have:

• Previous strategic business partnering experience
• Ability to start within short notice
• Experience leading change programs and supporting organizations through change
• Open to sector background
