Reporting To: Head of IP Business Services
Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic IP Administrator to join our central resource team and be based in any of our office locations - Halifax, Manchester, Leeds or Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your IP experience, within a supportive and knowledgeable team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare forms for filing patent applications, ensuring excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare and file supporting documentation at various Patent Offices, using relevant online systems where required
- Prepare documents and correspondence for clients and overseas agents, with technically challenging content
- Create and process invoices, including complex invoices
- Review and action workflow correspondence, prioritising urgent deadlines
- Work collaboratively across teams, undertaking a variety of tasks as required
Skills Knowledge, and Expertise
- Strong administration skills with a process-driven, detail orientated approach
- Experience in IP Administration/Formalities advantageous
- Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and to strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
