A fast-growing, mission-driven education technology company is on the lookout for a bright, people-focused Junior Account Manager to join its dynamic team. If you\'re someone who loves working with people, has strong communication skills, is organised, tech-savvy and ready to learn then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and training new school clients
  • Building and maintaining great relationships with teachers and school leaders
  • Supporting customers by phone and email
  • Helping schools understand how to make the most of the platform
  • Using data dashboards to monitor usage and provide helpful insights
  • Assisting with renewals, referrals and upselling
  • Feeding back school suggestions to the wider team
  • Occasionally visiting schools in person

Who you are

You don\'t need tons of experience - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Around 1 year’s office or customer-facing experience
  • A natural flair for communicating with people of all levels
  • Great attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence using digital tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot – or similar CRMs)
  • An interest in education and making a difference
