Blue Projects is a dynamic consulting firm specializing in bespoke Engineering and Project Management solutions for the industrial sector. As part of our strategic growth, we’re seeking a Junior Contract Manager to join our team in Manchester.

What You’ll Do

• Support contract and tender management processes
• Prepare and review contracts, purchase orders, and tender documentation
• Track contract performance, manage payments, and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders across disciplines
• Maintain accurate project documentation and control registers
• Participate in project meetings and assist with reporting and document formatting
• Ensure proper document control and lifecycle management using SharePoint

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration or procurement
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Experience with large engineering or construction projects is a plus
• Willingness to travel periodically; hybrid work model (50/50)
