Junior Software Engineer – Global FX Trading

Location – 3 days hybrid in London

Salary - £55-65,000 + bonus

Our longstanding partner, who are leading at the forefront of FX trading around the world, are on the hunt for a Junior Software Developer who has approx. 1 year experience developing software in the financial space using Core Java without frameworks, to join the London team.

Having been born from one of London’s largest trading firms, they are now expanding into global markets with their high performant FX trading products, consuming over 5 billion messages a day.

Responsibilities

• Develop software in a high-performance, low-latency FX trading environment
• Collaborate with senior engineers and learn on the job

Qualifications

• Core Java
• Multithreading
• Concurrency
• High performance, low latency environment
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science from Russell Group university
