The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams. This time, we’re on the lookout for an L&D Coordinator who will be working with Rebecca from our L&D Team.

What You Will Be Doing

You’ll be based in our London office and work closely with teams across the business, supporting induction administration, tracking and support. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll coordinate the onboarding process once a colleague is hired, from initial contact with the new starter, liaising with our business leads and hosting managers on induction locations if required, preparing and communicating induction plans and any required travel logistics. This will predominantly support our Retail business and may cover other business areas as required.

You’ll also take ownership of our induction blueprint across the business, ensuring all colleagues are inducted into our business with the same key information, regardless of location. You’ll deliver the new starter induction for our London Head Office, which will bring your blueprint to life. Additionally, you’ll support the administration of learning events on our learning management system (LMS), ensuring events are created, colleagues enrolled, and accurate training records are held.

What We Are Looking For

How we do our work is important to us at CT and anyone who joins us will feel aligned with our 3 BE’s: “BE the BOSS”, “BE the CUSTOMER” and “BE the BEST”.
