Overview

Lead Developers in Devon, this one’s for you!! I’m seeking a Lead Developer to oversee projects from concept to delivery and work closely to redefine a technical roadmap and long-term vision of the business. This role will involve remaining strongly hands-on as well as mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from concept to delivery and contribute to redefining the technical roadmap and long-term vision of the business.
• Remain hands-on while mentoring a team of developers.
• Mentor, coach and support developers; scope, plan and review projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel.
• Understanding of SOLID principles & OOP.
• Experience mentoring, coaching and supporting developers; ability to scope, plan and review projects.
• Experience with either React, Vue or Angular.
