A rapidly growing, private equity backed digital business is looking for a Lead Insight Analyst to join its Data and Analytics team. The company supports millions of members across the UK and partners with well-known consumer brands.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Work with Marketing, Digital, and Commercial teams to ensure analytics drive decision making.
  • Optimise omni-channel campaigns (web, email, social, SEO) through analytics, predictive modelling, and segmentation.
  • Analyse web and app performance, user journeys, and conversion trends.
  • Support B2B analytics to understand and grow the value of partner relationships.
  • Design models and analysis that drive customer engagement and business growth.
  • Build and automate insightful BI dashboards and reporting.
  • Identify and onboard new data sources with the technology team.
  • Deputise for the Head of Data when required.

What we\'re looking for

  • Proven experience using advanced analytics to deliver insights that shape business decisions.
  • Strong SQL coding skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Background in digital, direct marketing or B2C analytics.
  • Skills in data transformation, statistical measurement, and data visualisation/storytelling.
  • Commercially minded with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Degree in Maths, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to support both your own development and that of others.
