Overview

I am currently recruiting for a Lead Planner to join a Tier 1 Contractor working a complex £220 million project in London. You will support the management team with the planning and programming of the design, procurement and construction activities associated with the works. You will lead the programme and planning management for the team in the preconstruction and construction phases and develop regular reports to feedback on progress and performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

Responsibilities

  • Report current programme position to the Regional Planner on a weekly/monthly basis and regularly review programmes, outputs and phasing with the Regional Planner.
  • Carry out PDPs with all assistant planners and drive actions identified in development plans.
  • Lead and coordinate planning and programme management duties in the preconstruction process and on site.
  • Input to the assessment of the programme and entitlements under the contract – coordinate outputs with the management team.
  • Lead input to weekly and monthly programme reporting as required.
  • Report the programme position at the monthly contract review meeting.
