Overview

We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst to drive product analysis capability across Thermal IT while directly supporting the Asset Management value stream. This value stream comprises one Agile team responsible for digital products—including the Maximo Application Suite—that underpin SSE Thermal’s ISO 55001-aligned Asset Management Framework. The wider portfolio also includes COTS-based products supporting Engineering and Safety capabilities.

You’ll need strong analytical and communication skills, an Agile mindset, and the ability to operate across cross-functional teams. Experience in an asset-intensive industry is highly desirable, alongside a proven ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable product roadmaps and deliverable requirements.

You Will

As a Lead Product Analyst, you’ll be the key link between Product Owners, suppliers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams—ensuring we deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned OT solutions. You’ll also lead by example to develop and evolve Thermal IT’s product analysis capability in line with our Agile and DevSecOps principles.
