Role location: Coventry, Derby and other sites on our patch. You’ll work within our Property Team. This is a critical role requiring a commitment of 37 hours per week, with WFH flexibility and travel to other sites as needed; a full UK driving licence is required.

What we’re looking for: ideally degree qualified with relevant water/construction industry experience in project and programme delivery. You will be a forward-thinking and innovative leader capable of managing multiple major capital projects, with experience of managing NEC projects and a proven track record of cost planning, budget management and responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Work within the Severn Trent property team across Coventry, Derby and other sites on the patch.
  • Lead or contribute to multiple major capital projects, including NEC projects, with cost planning and budgetary responsibility.
  • Manage project delivery timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Travel to other sites as required and maintain a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with relevant water/construction industry experience in project and programme delivery.
  • Experience managing NEC projects with a proven track record of cost planning and budget management.
  • Ability to lead and innovate in a collaborative environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
