Overview

Leader, Brand Identity Creative Direction. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and evolution of our global brand portfolio. You will lead cross-regional, multi-disciplinary projects — from trade fairs and showrooms to brand activations, digital experiences and packaging. You’ll be at the forefront of building meaningful, coherent brand experiences across all consumer touchpoints.

Location: Kingston upon Thames / London, United Kingdom (Hybrid). Employment type: Full-Time. Seniority: Director.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve brand identity across the LIXIL portfolio, ensuring consistency, relevance and differentiation.
  • Lead and deliver creative direction for major branded environments and experiences — including international trade fairs, immersive showrooms, and consumer-facing activations.
  • Collaborate closely with regional design and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment across packaging, digital platforms, communications, and spatial design.
  • Develop brand strategy guidelines rooted in purpose, creativity, and commercial impact.
  • Create compelling concepts and 3D visualizations that bring our brands to life through physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Inspire through leadership, embracing and modelling LIXIL’s values in your approach and relationships.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Industrial, Spatial, or Interior Design with outstanding academic achievement.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a Creative Director or equivalent, with a strong track record in spatial, retail, or experiential design.
  • At least 5 years’ exposure to consumer-focused branding — ideally in sectors like consumer electronics, FMCG, or durable goods.

Core Expertise

  • Deep understanding of brand foundations, storytelling, and consumer behaviour.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into impactful design solutions and innovation strategies.
  • Strong visualisation skills, including 3D rendering and CMF (colour, material, finish) expertise.
  • Experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Crea, Vizicom).
