At Shaftesbury we are recruiting for a Learning Academy Trainer.

Please note this role is home based however some national travel will be required to deliver training.

About The Role

The Learning Academy Trainer is responsible for assisting in the design, development, and delivery of the Shaftesbury Learning Academy.

This role involves working with the Learning Academy Lead to create and implement training programmes that foster professional development, improve staff competencies, and align with the strategic objectives of the organisation.

The academy is to support staff, people we support, students, volunteers and the wider community.

We are looking for someone with experience in developing learning and development workshops and learning events.

Please note that you will be required to deliver a presentation if you are successful in being offered an interview. Details will be sent with the interview invitation.
