Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in their search for an L&D Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of key people development initiatives and help shape the employee experience across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee the coordination and improvement of employee development processes.
• Support the roll-out and management of structured learning journeys and engagement initiatives.
• Use data and insights to evaluate impact and inform future improvements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in L&D.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confident working with data and digital tools to support decision-making.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Comfortable managing existing programmes and processes (no design work required).
