- Establish robust evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and ROI of learning interventions.
- Support the design and implementation of career pathways and succession planning, contributing to talent retention and internal mobility.
- Collaborate with the People Team to evolve and deliver the Manager Essentials programme, including 1:1 coaching, team development planning, capability building and the role of a manager.
- Lead the launch and implementation and adoption of the GoodHabitz eLearning platform, ensuring it is embedded into the learning culture and aligned to development priorities.
- Maximise the use of the apprenticeship levy, ensuring compliance and return on investment.
- Lead and contribute to L&D projects that support the wider People strategy and business transformation.
- Develop and maintain L&D reporting and MI, tracking participation, impact, and spend.
- Continuously improve the efficiency, quality, and value of L&D initiatives, ensuring they remain relevant and future focused.
- Source and manage external learning providers, negotiate contracts and ensuring delivery meets agreed standards and outcomes.
- Provide tailored development support, including 1:1 coaching and bespoke interventions, to address specific performance or capability gaps.
Requirements:
