Are you ready to take full ownership of the Learning and Development in a fast-paced, growing environment? A leading gaming tech company is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver training programs that empower employees, strengthen leadership capability, and foster a culture of continuous growth.

Location: London – Hybrid (3 days in the office)

This is a new role for the business and provides an exciting opportunity to shape learning strategies, build development pathways, and make a direct impact on business performance and employee engagement across their UK, US and European offices.

Responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy & Programs: Create and deliver learning initiatives tailored to business needs and evolving workforce skills.
  • LMS & Training Infrastructure: Establish and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to track training progress, compliance, and completion.
  • Leadership Development: Design and coordinate programs that build strong leadership pipelines aligned with company values.
  • Performance & Impact: Measure training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and engagement surveys, using insights to refine programs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with managers, HR, and external training providers to ensure relevant and high-quality learning content.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Support long-term workforce strategies by aligning learning initiatives with business growth and capability needs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Learning & Development
  • Confident building and delivering training strategies at scale
  • Ability to translate business priorities into impactful learning solutions
  • Enjoy collaborating across teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Passionate about creating a culture of growth, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • CIPD L&D Certification
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools
