Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

Nord Anglia Education – the world’s leading private schools organisation is recruiting a Learning Experience Designer. You will be joining the Education team in our London HQ.

The Role

  • Align all learning experiences with NAU’s design principles and organisational goals.
  • Apply emerging technologies like AI, gamification, and adaptive learning to boost engagement and outcomes.
  • Use feedback, analytics, and research to refine learning design and delivery.
  • Design learning with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes to demonstrate effectiveness.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across schools and functions to create targeted, business‑aligned learning.
  • Enhance NAU’s functionality and user experience, ensuring it remains vibrant, relevant, and inclusive.
