Role Overview:

We are looking for a Legal Client Product Success Manager with a background in corporate law, in-house legal advisory, or paralegal work who is ready to transition into the tech sector. Your ability to interpret complex information, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance and clarity will be invaluable in supporting our clients and product teams.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A 2:1 or higher in Law (or related discipline) from a top university with strong A-levels (AAB or above).
• Professional Experience: 1-2 years in corporate law, in-house legal advisory, or paralegal roles.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Empathy and a client-first mindset
• Ability to translate complex legal or technical concepts into accessible language

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Deliver product demonstrations and ensure clients understand the value and functionality of our solutions.
• Training & Support: Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and success.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical and product teams to relay client feedback and improve product offerings.
• Travel: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for client meetings.
• Strategic Insight: Use your legal background to identify opportunities for risk mitigation, compliance alignment, and value-added services.
• Growth Opportunities: Identify and support cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
