Role Overview

We’re looking for a Legal Client Product Success Manager with experience in corporate law, in-house legal advisory, or paralegal work who is ready to transition into the tech sector. This is a unique opportunity to apply your legal expertise in a fast-paced, client-facing role within a leading AI company. Your ability to interpret complex information, manage stakeholders, and ensure clarity and compliance will be key to supporting both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and ensure clients understand the value and functionality of our solutions.
• Training & Support: Lead onboarding, training, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and success.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical and product teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Strategic Insight: Use your legal background to identify opportunities for compliance alignment, risk mitigation, and added value.
• Growth Enablement: Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives by identifying client needs and opportunities.
• Travel: Be open to occasional national and international travel for client meetings.
Candidate Profile
Education:
• A 2:1 or above in Law (or a related discipline)
• Strong academic background (AAB or higher at A-level)
Experience:
• 1–2 years in corporate law, in-house legal advisory, or paralegal roles
Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Empathetic, client-focused approach
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex legal or technical concepts
