Our client is looking for a Company Commercial Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join their busy in-house legal department. This position offers a good opportunity to progress and develop your career.

Based in Basingstoke, this company has a hybrid working policy, preferring employees to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Have experience with a broad variety of commercial work, including supporting on bids and tenders, drafting and negotiating contracts such as customer terms and conditions, procurement contracts, sponsorship, and media agreements.
• Assist the department with a wide range of other legal matters.
• Be a qualified solicitor with good training and post-qualification experience at a reputable law firm.
• Have between 2–6 years PQE.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commercial/business outlook.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and commercial awareness. You should be ambitious, hungry for success, and eager to advance your career.

While candidates with 2–6 years PQE are preferred, our client is open to considering applicants outside this range who have relevant experience.
