Sellick Partnership is pleased to be supporting a leading UK construction and engineering company in their search for a Legal Counsel (1–4 PQE) to join their in-house team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small, collaborative legal function and to help shape the way legal services are delivered across the wider group. The successful candidate will support on a variety of high-value projects across industrial, multi-room, civils and infrastructure sectors, working directly with project teams and senior stakeholders.

As Legal Counsel, your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Drafting template documents, policies, and guidance materials
- Advising and assisting project teams across the business
- Supporting the business in managing risks and avoiding disputes
- Managing claims (including insurance claims) and liaising with external counsel as required

- Helping to devise and implement processes to support projects and mitigate risks
Responsibilities
- Be a qualified solicitor (1–4 PQE) with experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements

Benefits
- Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
- 26 days of annual leave
