They are growing rapidly and are looking to hire an experienced Legal Counsel for their team.

Job Description

As Legal Counsel, you will be :

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including T&Cs, NDAs, supply agreements, transaction agreements.
• Collaborating with in‑house stakeholders (regulatory, engineering, supply chain) to structure deals that align with business objectives.
• Drafting legal documents, policies, procedures.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Legal Counsel will be :

• Around 3 / 4 PQE
• Have experience drafting, negotiating and advising on range of commercial contracts especially in manufacturing
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, confident
• Able to influence stakeholder and build good relationships

What's on Offer

Salary based on experience around £65 - 85k. Benefits include 12.5% bonus, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, 6% + 12% pension, 28 days AL plus bank holidays. Hybrid working from Manchester office. #Manufacturing and Production
