Litigation Solicitor

London - Hybrid

We are working with a dynamic and expanding law firm who are seeking an experienced solicitor to join their busy litigation department. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to take the next step in their career, with the chance to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.

Role

You will handle a varied caseload across a broad range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial disputes, as well as residential and commercial property issues. Clients include SME businesses, property developers, landlords, and private individuals.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, is commercially aware, and is eager to build strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing cases involving landlord and tenant disputes, ownership conflicts, possession claims, and other contentious matters
• Advising a diverse portfolio of clients and delivering practical, effective solutions
• Contributing to business development by cultivating client relationships and generating new work opportunities

About You

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years\' PQE in litigation
• Experience in corporate/commercial disputes and property-related matters
• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to progress your career
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Business development mindset and enthusiasm for growing your own caseload
