Overview

Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working with a fantastic Council in London to recruit a locum Childcare Lawyer to join their busy team on a locum basis.

The assignment will begin on an initial 6 month locum contract with a view for extension. The successful Childcare Lawyer will be working on a hybrid basis with a requirement to be in the office one-two days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Hold a caseload of care proceedings and pre-proceedings (PLO).
  • Provide support on a varied childcare caseload; advocacy is not required in this role.

Requirements

  • Qualified Childcare Lawyer with relevant public childcare experience; applications from both public and private sector backgrounds are welcome.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and start as soon as possible.
