Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working with a fantastic Council in London to recruit a locum Childcare Lawyer to join their busy team on a locum basis.

The assignment will begin on an initial 6 month locum contract with a view for extension. The successful Childcare Lawyer will be working on a hybrid basis with a requirement to be in the office one-two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of care proceedings and pre-proceedings (PLO).
• Work on a varied childcare caseload; advocacy is not required for this role.

Qualifications & Experience

• Public or private sector Childcare Lawyer with relevant public childcare experience.

Rewards & Schedule

Competitive hourly rate and flexible working arrangements. Hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office per week. Start as soon as possible.
