Overview

Logistics Excellence Coordinator role at Müller UK & Ireland. Location: Manchester. Contract type: Full-time, permanent – Hybrid working. Shift pattern: Monday – Friday (40 hours).

Responsibilities

  • Support site leadership teams in delivering annual Logistics Excellence plans aligned with SMART objectives.
  • Govern and guide the implementation of Muller Excellence standards.
  • Identify and drive efficiency improvements across both sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and eliminate process bottlenecks.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Deliver training programs on operational excellence tools and techniques.
  • Track progress using dashboards and presentations, reporting to the wider business.
  • Share best practices across the UK MMiD estate and support strategic deployment of annual plans.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics environments.
  • Strong presentation and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Full Cat B driving licence.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and communicate effectively.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive, reliable, and organised approach.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Basic leadership experience.
