Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in logistics? Were looking for a proactive and resilient Logistics Excellence Coordinator to support in delivering annual Logistics Excellence plans.

About The Role

As a Logistics Excellence Coordinator, youll play a pivotal role in supporting, guiding, and governing site teams to implement and embed Logistics Excellence standards. Youll work closely with leadership teams to identify improvement opportunities, standardise processes, and drive cultural change across both sites.

Location: Amesbury

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent Hybrid working

Shift Pattern: Monday Friday (40 hours)

Logistics Excellence Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Support site leadership teams in delivering annual Logistics Excellence plans aligned with SMART objectives.

Govern and guide the implementation of Muller Excellence standards.

Identify and drive efficiency improvements across both sites.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and eliminate process bottlenecks.

Lead and support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Deliver training programs on operational excellence tools and techniques.

Track progress using dashboards and presentations, reporting to the wider business.

Share best practices across the UK MMiD estate and support strategic deployment of annual plans.

What Were Looking For;

Essential

Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics environments.

Strong presentation and Microsoft Office skills.

Full Cat B driving licence.

Ability to influence at all levels and communicate effectively.

Growth mindset with a proactive, reliable, and organised approach.

Desirable

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Basic leadership experience.
