Eames Consulting is partnering with a respected insurer to recruit a Commercial Loss Adjuster. The successful candidate will manage commercial property claims from initial notification through to settlement, ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee commercial claim visits, maintaining high-quality service throughout the claims lifecycle.
  • Conduct initial assessment calls for all assigned claims, gathering relevant information, evaluating potential losses, and determining reserving requirements.
  • Handle a varied portfolio of commercial property claims, including Retail, Industrial, and Office properties, with claims up to £100,000.
  • Work remotely while maintaining regular interaction with customers, third parties, and colleagues to ensure smooth claim resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Claims Handling or Loss Adjusting, with strong knowledge of commercial property insurance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage multiple claims efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining collaborative relationships with team members and clients.
