This role will involve mainly remote working with some occasional (expensed) travel to our offices, or client offices across the UK. All applicants must be eligible for UK SC level Security Clearance.
Your future duties and responsibilities
As a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect, you will lead transformative digital projects across a variety of sectors. You will be responsible for shaping solutions and strategies, creating high-level and low-level designs, and providing hands-on technical leadership. With each engagement bringing its own unique challenges, your ability to quickly understand requirements and align them with suitable Microsoft 365 technologies will be key.
You will be instrumental in building client relationships, managing stakeholders, and delivering valuable insights that help shape long-term technology strategies. Your experience in balancing technical and business needs will enable you to provide pragmatic and sustainable solutions. Collaboration is at the heart of our approach, and you will also play a role in mentoring and supporting colleagues, contributing to a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.

- Engage with clients to capture and understand business requirements
- Architect Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to specific client needs
- Create and present high-level and low-level design documents
- Work hands-on with technologies including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Co-Pilot
- Collaborate using Agile and other frameworks such as TOGAF and SAFe
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise, consulting experience, and a genuine enthusiasm for Microsoft 365. A good working knowledge across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is essential, alongside the ability to go deep in one or more specialist areas such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Experience delivering solutions in diverse project environments is highly valued.
You should be confident in using Microsoft 365 tools to build integrated, scalable solutions and be capable of articulating the business value they deliver. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, as is the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in complex scenarios. Experience with AI-driven features like Co-Pilot will be particularly advantageous as we explore innovative ways to enhance our solutions.
Familiarity with architecture and delivery methodologies, including Agile Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and frameworks like TOGAF or RCDA, is expected. Experience in environments involving Microsoft 365 migrations and hybrid deployments will also stand you in good stead.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 with specialist skills in SharePoint, Teams, or OneDrive
- Familiarity with Co-Pilot and other AI-enhanced Microsoft tools
- Experience with architecture and delivery frameworks such as TOGAF, Agile, SAFe
- Ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation and HLDs
- Previous involvement in Microsoft 365 migrations or hybrid environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
