We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Acquisitions Team as an M&A Integration Project Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Liverpool Street, London office.
You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. This is a hybrid position, and you will be required to be in the office four days a week with the option to work from one day. The salary on offer is up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Following thorough Due Diligence, work with all workstream owners to produce a comprehensive operational integration plan.
- Adapt the plan with required actions following the due diligence and risk register submissions.
- Lead weekly integration plan calls with Group and Regional Integration teams.
- Work with Operations and Regional teams to ensure all post-completion actions are progressed on or ahead of schedule, and delivered in an auditable manner, with regular reporting and lessons learned on completion.
- Ensure internal records of all key documents are updated and maintained.
- Report and update stakeholders on progress, as appropriate (using Monday.com platform).
- Handover post-acquisition tasks to relevant stakeholders, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined.
Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Organized individual with experience in project management and an industry background in either Property Lettings or M&A.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and implementing change to streamline activities as Lomond enters a phase of process and continuous improvement.
- Confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels and running MS Teams calls with multiple participants.
- Efficient and capable in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficient in project management software.
