Description
Based in our Belmont office, Durham, this is a hybrid role working 2 days per week in the office and the rest from home.
Permanent, full-time (37.5 hpw)
Earn circa: £40-45,000 pa, negotiable based on skills and experience, with benefits including a health cash plan.

Role Overview
As our Maintenance Business Partner, you’ll join our Maintenance Team to implement positive changes across repairs and servicing teams in the North-East and Yorkshire area. You’ll be the voice of the customer, advocating for their experience and collaborating with teams to enhance our delivery.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Maintenance to develop effective solutions for our customers. This role offers ownership, the chance to drive change, and make a meaningful impact from day one, within a team that cares about getting it right.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Direct workforce and Contractor teams to benefit our customers
- Hold delivery teams and contractors accountable, sharing learnings to improve service
- Analyze reports and identify trends to inform long-term improvements
- Handle customer complaints with care and urgency, ensuring their voices are heard
- Support colleagues with data, insights, and solutions to shape maintenance strategies
- Present updates and recommendations clearly to customers and senior stakeholders

Job Details
- Work Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours between 08:00 and 18:00
- Manage your own diary with flexi time options
- Hybrid role: 2 days in the office, visiting customers, and the rest working from home
- Must have a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage paid
- Basic DBS check required, paid for by us
